Decade of recognition highlight's Heritage's great culture

Being named as an Employer of Choice in The Australian Business Awards 2020 makes it an incredible 10-straight years Heritage Bank has been recognised as a great place to work.

This latest Australian Business Awards accolade makes it seven-straight years as an Employee of Choice for Heritage to go along with being named a Recommended Employer for three years prior to that run.

This decade of recognition as a terrific place to work highlights the impressive culture at Heritage Bank, which underpins its People First approach to customer service.

“The added flexibility and work-life balance that we have seen through this period will now become permanent features of our working lives, and we are already seeing the benefits of this.
