Branches in flood-hit areas will remain closed

Updated 28 February 2022

With severe flooding currently impacting South East Queensland, in the interests of safety we’ve decided to keep many of our branches closed today, 28 February.

This impacts many of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast branches, as well as other locations such as Gatton and Gympie. It also extends to our Gold Coast branches as the weather system tracks further south.

It’s simply impossible for staff to access these locations safely, and we’d also like to encourage members not to be out and about in flooded areas as well.

There are plenty of other options for you to carry out your banking, including via the internet or our mobile app.

Our Contact Centre will remain operational 24/7 and are available on 13 14 22 to assist you with most of your questions, including in relation to insurance and hardship.

Please be aware we are experiencing higher call volumes at the moment so you may experience longer wait times. However, our team is here to assist and will speak to you as soon as they can.

Remember, please stay at home, keep yourself safe, and don’t take any risks with floodwaters.
