Heritage Bank has been recognised for low cost credit cards in the 2023 Finder Credit Card Awards

The Heritage Bank Gold Low Rate Credit Card and Business Visa Credit Card have both been named Highly Commended in different categories at the 2023 Finder Credit Card Awards.

Now in its seventh year, the Finder Credit Card Awards recognise Australia’s best credit cards, with a team of experts analysing 12 month’s worth of data for every personal and business credit card in Finder’s database. That’s over 290 credit cards, with awards in 11 categories.

As one of Australia’s leading customer-owned banking organisations, Heritage Bank was recognised for the value it offers people through low cost credit card features.

The Heritage Bank Gold Low Rate Credit Card was recognised in the No Annual Fee Credit Card category, offering both an ongoing $0 annual fee and a low interest rate for purchases. 

In the Low Interest Business Credit Card category, the Heritage Bank Business Visa Credit Card scored well for its interest rate for purchases, $45 annual fee and up to 40 days interest-free on purchases.

The category focused on factors that would affect business owners saving on interest charges as they manage their expenses and cash flow.

The Heritage Bank Business Visa Credit Card also offers additional cards for employees, custom card limits and data feeds with MYOB, Xero or Reckon, which are all features that have the potential to save business owners time on accounting tasks.

While customer-owned banks are not as familiar to people as the Big Four in Australia, the 2023 Finder Credit Card Awards highlight products from these brands that compete strongly with bigger banks, including Heritage Bank.

For people interested in environmentally responsible banking, it’s also worth noting that Heritage Bank achieved Climate Active certification in 2022 for its reduction and offsetting of carbon emissions.
